. The application is filed for the relief of anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation.

2 The crime is registered on the basis of report given by one Farooq Mansuri. There was some dispute as the sister of the Complainant had given report against some of the accused. Allegations are made that the Applicant entered the house of Farooq and picked up quarrel. Allegations are made that one Anjum Mansuri gave blow of iron bar on right leg. Allegations are made against others that they also assaulted by using sticks etc. The crime is registered for the offence punishable under Section 323, 452, 149 etc. of the Indian Penal Code. These Sections are mentioned in the order made by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. The injury certificate shows that the Complainant sustained one fracture injury that was fracture of distal 1/3, ulna left. This injury described as grievous. Thus, the offence can be registered even under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

3 Considering the role played by he Applicant, which is mentioned in the FIR, this Court holds that relief can be granted to the Applicant. He did not cause aforesaid injury.

4 In the result, the application is allowed. The Applicant is to be released on bail in Crime No.67 of 2013, registered with Azad Nagar Police station for the aforesaid offences, on his furnishing P.R. and S.B. of Rs.15,000/-. He is not to tamper with prosecution witnesses. He is not to commit similar offence. He is to attend the concerned Police Station on every Sunday between 09:00 am and 12:00 noon for a period of one month.
