Mr. Dhorde gave reference, cannot be dissected at this stage. Within a span of one year of the marriage, the incident of dousing the victim has taken place. The doubt in respect of evidence of Police Head Constable Chavan need not be gone into at this stage. Criminal Application seeking bail is rejected. However, liberty to apply for expeditious hearing considering ages of the respective applicants.
