. This is a bunch of applications filed by the persons who are accused in Crime No.398 of 2012 dated 7th December, 2012 registered with Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar alongwith other accused persons, who had approached this Court under Criminal Application No.5560 of 2012 and others, making similar prayer as in the present case for anticipatory bail. By a reasoned order dated 21st

December, 2012 the criminal applications have been disposed of letting the Applicants in Criminal Application No.5560 of 2012 and others to withdraw the same with liberty. It is contended that the Applicants therein have also been accused of similar offences as the present Applicants and in the very same FIR. This position has not been disputed by the learned AGP appearing for the Respondent – State.
2 Having regard to this position, for the very same reasons as contained in the order dated 21st December, 2012 in Criminal Application No.5560 of 2012 and others, the present Applicants are allowed to withdraw the present applications with liberty and are disposed of as such. Accordingly, all the Applicants in the present applications may surrender before the Competent Authority – either the Investigating Officer or the Concerned Court on or before 15th January, 2013. The interim protection is accordingly granted to them in respect of arrest of these Applicants. All the Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when called by him.
3 It may be noted here that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and as such the observations made by the learned Sessions Judge-4, Ahmednagar in order dated 10th December, 2012 in

paragraph No.9 while dismissing the applications filed by the applicants, shall not be treated as in any way disturbed by this order.
4 The criminal applications are disposed of on above terms.
