1.Heard. Perused the record. Learned A.P.P. on
instructions submits that within 2-3 weeks, the
investigation would be completed and the charge-sheet
would be filed.
2.The learned Counsel referred to a judgment in
the case ofMd. Ibrahim & Ors. Vs. State of Bihar & Anr.,
2010 AIR (SCW) 405. In para 3 of said judgment, the Apex
Court observed that after investigation, a charge-sheet
came to be filed and the accused applied for discharge.
3.In-case, the charge-sheet is filed the applicant
would have alternate statutory remedy to approach the
Trial Court. All issues are kept open.
4.The Criminal Application stands disposed of.
