investigation is conducted by the C.I.D. since the year
2011. Earlier Officer, who was in-charge of the matter
is expired and a new Officer has taken over the
investigation.
2.At this stage, we are not inclined to interfere
in the case.
3.However, we direct the investigation agency to
complete the investigation within three months from
today. Mr. G.B. Patil, Dy. Superintendent of Police, is
present in the Court.
4.With these directions and observations, the
Criminal Application is disposed of.
