period with liberty to move for bail in
event the trial is not completed within
such period. He further states that
applicant will extend all the necessary
co-operation for completion of the trial
within the stipulated period.

prosecution on any count.

3. In the above-said premises the
hearing of the Sessions Case No.187 of
2009 is hereby expedited. The Sessions
Judge, Jalgaon, seized with Sessions Case
No.187 of 2009, to dispose of said trial
as early as possible and in any event by
the end of March, 2013.
4.In the event trial is not
concluded till 31st March, 2013, liberty
to the Applicant to move for the bail
before the trial Court.
5.Application stands disposed of.
