2 A letter is received from the accused-under trial for
expediting his Sessions case. The learned Special Judge (NDPS), Pune, vide communication dated 20 June 2013, has informed that on 17 August 2012, P.W. 1 was examined and P.W. 5 was examined on 19 June 2013. On that day, it was for further examination of P.W. 5 and the matter was adjourned to 5 July 2013.
3 Considering these facts, I do not see that there exists any
laxity in proceeding the matter. Application dismissed.
