1 By this communication sent by the applicant through jail,
the applicant prays for expiditing the criminal appeal which is of the year 2006. According to the applicant, he has been in jail since 2002 and has undergone practically 10 years of imprisonment. In that light of the matter, therefore, we allow this application and expedite the hearing of the appeal.

1 By this application, the applicant prays that a Counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent the applicant in appeal. It appears that the appellant has taken exception to the Counsel who was representing him earlier. In that light of the matter, therefore, we, allow the application and direct that the Counsel be appointed for representing the applicant. The appointment of the Counsel be intimated to the applicant who is undergoing his sentence in jail.
Application is allowed accordingly.
