We are not inclined to suspend the substantive sentence imposed on the applicant and grant bail to the applicant in view of withdrawal of Criminal Application No.900/2012 by the learned Counsel for the applicant vide order dated 19/11/2012 inasmuch as the applicant has not pointed out any change in the circumstances. However, we direct the Registry to place Criminal Appeal No. 63/2012 on the final hearing board as per
