CORAM: K.U. CHANDIWAL, J. DATE : 17 JULY 2013

The Appellant questioned his conviction for offence punishable under Sections 120-B and 165-A of the Indian Penal Code, directed by order dated 22 February 1995 to undergo imprisonment till rising of the Court and to pay fine of Rs. 1000/- in default to undergo RI for 3 months. The Appellant has deposited fine amount. No response to the bailable warrant issued on 17 June 2013. It seems Appellant is not interested in the matter. He has already undergone the sentence. A report is received on 22 April 1997, that the accused has served his sentence and deposited fine amount. Consequently, nothing survives in the Criminal Appeal No. 281 of 1995, dismissed.
