By this application, applicant - State seeks leave to file appeal
against the judgment of the Additional Sessions Judge, Raigad-Alibag dated 16/1/2013 in Sessions Case No. 104 of 2010 for filing an appeal against the acquittal against the respondents.
We have heard learned APP and with the assistance of the
learned APP we have perused the findings recorded by the trial court. Upon such perusal, according to us, this is a fit case for granting leave. We

accordingly allow this application and grant leave as prayed for.
Appeal stands admitted.
Action under Section 390 of Cr. P. C. be taken by the trial
court by issuing bailable warrant for Rs.10,000/- each against the respondents.
This appeal to be heard along with Criminal Appeal Nos.
259/13, 359/13 and 257/13.
