On 22 July 2013 following order was passed-
“The learned counsel for the defendant No.1 states that she has received instructions to appear in the matter and to file Notice of Motion seeking condonation of delay in filing Written statement.
2. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that inspite of several letters the plaintiffs have not contacted him and perhaps, the directors of plaintiffs have settled abroad, and have settled the matter but he has no instructions to confirm the same. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks time to make a formal application for seeking discharge. The learned counsel will once again send a letter informing the plaintiffs that he would be seeking discharge in the matter. S.O to 5 August 2013.
3. It is made clear that if no arrangements are made by the plaintiffs after receipt of notice by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs, appropriate orders will be passed in the suit.”
