2] The petitioner a life convict prays for release on parole. Petitioner has two wives according to the petitioner. We have perused medical certificate given by Dr.Bhalchandra Deshpande. Medical Practitioner at Ambad. Under the Court order, police

secured opinion of the doctor. The doctor opined that the petitioner’s wife consulted the doctor before 2½ months complaining of Tuberculosis and Jaundice. Thereafter, the wife did not turn up.
3] The petitioner is accused of murdering his uncle and assaulting other relatives and his father. All these persons were residing in the adjacent area. Considering all these aspects of the matter and the fact that the accused is prisoner since May 2010, at this stage, we are not inclined to interfere into the order passed by Additional Commissioner. Petition is rejected. However, the petitioner is entitled to make a fresh application in the month of June 2012, which would be, if made, considered on its own merits.
