Mrs. Bharti Dangre, learned Additional Government Pleader after taking instructions from the Deputy Secretary, Department of Women and Child Welfare, Government of Maharashtra, makes a statement that any Advertisement, which has been issued prior to 15th September, 2011, appointments in furtherance of such advertisements would be made on the basis of the Government Resolution dated 5th August, 2010. The subsequent Government Resolution dated 15th September, 2011

will not be applied to such recruitment process and, therefore, all those candidates who have been interviewed and in whose cases selection process is concluded prior to 15th September, 2011, shall not be affected by this Government Resolution.

In view of this statement made on instructions, which is accepted as an undertaking to this Court, we are of the view that the petitioners in these three writ petitions viz. W.P.Nos. 904/12, 905/12 and 906/12 are eligible for being appointed as Anganwadi Sevikas and the Zilla Parishad, Bhandara so also Bal Vikas Prakalp Adhikari, Mohadi, Tah: Mohadi, District: Bhandara and Bal Vikas Prakalp Adhikari, Tumsar, Tah.: Tumsar, District: Bhandara will issue appointment orders within a period of two weeks from today. If the appointment orders are being issued in terms of the statement and clarifications which were accepted as above, nothing survives in these writ petitions and they are disposed off.
