The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that despite working with the respondents 1 and 2 the appointment is not being approved resulting in various benefits having not been made available to him, such as higher pay scale.

After the petition was heard for some time and the reply filed by the Government as also the Management is perused, we are of the opinion that this is a fit case where respondents 1 and 2 should forward the proposal seeking approval to higher pay scale for the petitioner.

It is stated that the respondents 1 and 2 will forward such proposal within a period of 4 weeks from today. They will forward a proposal seeking approval to the Pay-Scale of the petitioner, may be with their remarks, but what weightage has to be attached to such remarks and how they shall be

taken into consideration, that is solely left to the Education Officer

¶15

(Secondary), Zilla Parishad Amravati, who is an approving authority.

In view of the fact that the statement is made that the proposal will be forwarded within 4 weeks, which statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court, nothing survives in this petition and it is disposed of.
