The Learned Government Pleader states on the instructions of the Superintendent of Nursing that the forms submitted by the Petitioners for the M.Sc. (Nursing) Course have been accepted and the Petitioners would be permitted to appear for the examinations which are to be held on 23 September 2012. In the circumstances, the grievance of the Petitioners has been duly fulfilled. No further directions are sought. The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
