1 Heard. In the course of arguments, Mr Jha seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
3 Mr Jha further submits that considering all the relevant aspects of the matter, it would be in the interest of justice to direct that the trial should be expeditiously held. This seems reasonable.
4 The learned Magistrate is therefore, directed to expedite the trial and endeavour to complete it within a period of six months from today.
