A report has been submitted before this Court by the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur on 19 July 2012. The report states that pursuant to the interim directions issued on 3 July 2012 by this Court requiring the Deputy Director to file a report upon inspection as to whether the school is functioning at present, a physical inspection was carried out by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Satara. Based on the report it has been stated that the school is functioning. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner does not seek any further relief at this stage since the Petitioner, the Court is informed, shall move an application under paragraph 2.1 of the Secondary Schools Code and other enabling provisions for permission. In the event that an application is filed, it shall be disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously. The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
