This Writ Petition is filed seeking implementation of the order passed by the Joint Secretary to Government of India on 4th July, 2012. It is not in dispute that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the rebate claim permissible to the petitioner has already been paid to the petitioner. The counsel for the Revenue states that the interest payable on the said rebate claim will be processed and paid as expeditiously as possible, in any event within the period of three months from today. In view of the statement made by the counsel for the Revenue, , the counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with no order as to costs.
