in reply filed, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition as the same would be premature at this stage. We accept the request made by the learned counsel for petitioner.
3] We direct the D.I.G. [Prisons] to issue appropriate instructions to the concerned officers of the department, not to keep proposals pending for such a long time. Proposals of such nature shall be dealt with on priority.
