The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Corporation, on instructions, made a statement that the Corporation has withdrawn the impugned notice/communication dated 28.12.2011 and shall take appropriate steps in respect of any illegal construction carried out by any of the members of the society, in accordance with law, and procedure applicable in this regard by issuing appropriate notice within a period of two weeks.
