1.Petitioner challenges the permission to
run public library granted in favour of
Respondent No.4 on the ground that the marks
were not properly alloted and if allotted the
petitioner would have secured more marks than
the Respondent no.4.
2.Affidavit in reply is filed by the State.
It is contended in the reply that the Gram
Panchayat premises are made available to
Respondent No.4 for running public library. A
resolution is passed by the Gram Panchayat in
the year 2005. Counsel for the Respondent No.

4 states that still the Respondent No.4 is
running the public library. At this stage, we
are not inclined to interfere in the matter in
its extra ordinary writ jurisdiction of this
Court. Petition is dismissed accordingly.
