2. The Petitioner being aggrieved by the order passed by the Consolidation Officer filed an appeal which was dismissed vide order dated 30.8.2008 by Deputy Director of Land Records. The Petitioner thereafter filed a revision before the State Government on 1.4.2009 against the said order, which is pending for decision. It is in these circumstances, prayed that direction be given to the State Government to decide the same within a stipulated period, in accordance with law.

dispose of the Writ Petition as withdrawn with direction to the State Government to decide the revision application of the Petitioner, if not decided earlier, in accordance with law and procedure applicable in this regard, within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
