The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that the petitioner made made representation as back as on 25.10.2010 regarding giving him benefit of full payment which is not being decided by one way or the other by the Joint Director.
If the representation of the petitioner is still pending with the Joint Director, the same may be decided at the earliest and preferably within a period of three months from today and the decision of the same be communicated to the petitioner.
Subject to what is stated above, the petition stands disposed of.
The learned AGP to communicate this order to the Joint Director.
Steno copy of this order be furnished to the learned AGP to act upon.
