It would be seen that along with W.P. No. 3275 of 2012, W.P. No. 4839 of 2012 was filed by the present petitioner and others assailing the Notification U/s 4 of the Land Acquisition Act. The petitioner in W.P. No. 3275 of 2012 was concerned with the same property as is involved in the present Suit.

The Division Bench of this Court in W.P. 3275 of 2012 has already observed and directed as under,:

“ The respondent authorities shall take steps in respect of the subject property, strictly in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petitions are disposed of ”.

In view of the fact that the Division Bench of this Court in W.P. No. 3275 of 2012 has already passed order directing the respondents to take steps in respect of subject properties strictly in accordance with law, nothing survives in the Writ Petition to decide.
