In the circumstances, we consider it appropriate to direct the respondent nos.1 & 3 to decide the petitioners' representation dated 27.4.2011 within a period of six weeks from the date of appearance. Petitioners to appear before the respondent nos.1 & 3 on 22.8.2012.
