Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition is filed seeking repairs and essential reconstruction of his house. He further submits that the house in question has been sold away to the person who had made the complaint about the repairs being carried out by the petitioner and, as such, according to him, the petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above facts, now, nothing survives to be decided in this petition. The Writ Petition having become infructous, it is disposed of as such.
