In response to our order dated 7/2/2012, Shri K.U. Thankachen, Chief General Manager of respondent no.1 Corporation is present before this Court. He submits that there was some misunderstanding on the part of the Department for which oral apology is tendered, which we accept. It is pointed out that petitioner has already given Bank Guarantee for the entire amount including ground

rent and proceedings have been taken to release the containers.
Now nothing further is required to be done in the matter except cautioning the Authorities to be careful when Court's orders are to be complied with as the orders of the Court are to be complied with in true spirit.
Subject to what is stated above, the civil application is disposed of.
In view of aforesaid order, notice issued for initiating contempt proceedings is dropped.
