to direct respondent no.1 to hear and decide appeal
preferred by the petitioners dated 7th April 2011 and
representation of the same day, within some reasonable
time. Learned A.G.P submits that needful will be
done expeditiously and in any case within four months
from today. In view of this assurance, no further
inquiry into this matter is necessary. Petition is
disposed of with a hope that the appropriate authority
shall decide the appeal and representation not more
than four months from today.
