dates are assigned in a week for their disposal and the same can be disposed of expeditiously by him.

We find from the record made available to us that the pendency of other matters including uncontested matters are not such as will inconvenience granting of fixed date in every week for taking up contested Change Reports. Let the Assistant Charity Commissioner consider the above by fixing his calender in this manner.

The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
