By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the notification issued by the Central Government dt.19.6.1985 thereby amending the Liquified Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 1993. By way of said amendment, Clause 10A is added which provided that no parallel marketeer shall commence any activity relating to the business of LPG without obtaining a rating certificate on the basis of the evaluation and rating for his capacity infrastructure network and readyness to carry out the professed business.

submits that he has no instructions in the matter. He further submits that though letters were sent by him to the petitioners seeking instructions, no instructions are received till date. Pursis to that effect is filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioners on record. Same is marked as 'X' for identification.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of on the ground that the learned Counsel for the petitioners is unable to assist the Court as he has no instructions in the matter. Rule is discharged.
Liberty is granted to approach the Court in case of difficulty.
