The Nagpur Improvement Trust has addressed the communication dated 31/7/2012 under which the petitioner has been asked to appear for hearing which is scheduled on 09/8/2012.
It is stated that respondent Nos. 1 and 2 will take a decision on the representation as expeditiously as possible and within six weeks from the date on which the petitioner has been directed to appear before the concerned Authority.
We dispose of this Writ Petition with this direction and by keeping open all the contentions. Needless to state that respondent Nos. 1 & 2 shall communicate their orders on representation after conclusion of the hearing to the petitioner.
