an excessive execution of the order passed by
the trial Court, since none of the petitioners
entered into any agreement of sale with M/s.
ParasrampuriaPlantationsLimited.The
petitions are disposed of as withdrawn with
liberty to the petitioners to approach the
trial Court. The learned trial Judge shall hear
the petitioners and if there is an excessive
execution of the order passed by the trial
Court, he shall see that necessary remedial
orders are passed within a period of eight
weeks.
