1. Perused the petition and record produced by the learned APP.

¶13

2.It is seen that the petitioner was released on
furlough by order passed sometime in July, 2011. He
was actually released on 23rd August, 2011 and has
reported late by 14 days, on 6th September, 2011. He
has submitted this letter petition on 13th February,
2011.

3.The sickness of mother of petitioner relied
upon by him on the basis of medical certificate of
Dr.Krishnarao Pawar refers to the sickness to be
paratitis with general Anemia. The report sought by
the police refers to sickness which is not serious

being fever etc.

4.Release of the petitioner within such a short
span on the ground of sickness as claimed is not
convincing.

5. We, therefore, dismiss the petition.
