. Shri Ghatol, the learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the nomination paper of the respondent No. 4 could not have been accepted. He is a member of joint family. There is no evidence of division of family. There is no decree of the Court in his favour to prove disruption of the joint family. The son of the respondent No. 4 is possessing valid traders license and his name is included in A Class Traders Constituency. The petitioner’s nomination should not have been accepted from agriculturist cooperative constituency. The learned counsel contends that even the certificate which has been produced on record by the

petitioner to show that he is separate is after the date of filing the nomination paper.
