By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has impugned the order dated 18th August 2011 passed by the Respondent No. 1. Paragraph 7 of the order reads as under :-
“7. Considering the above circumstances, the Order passed by the Commissioner of Police, Greater Mumbai dated 07/06/2011 is set aside and the matter is remanded to the Commissioner of Police, Greater Mumbai, alongwith all documents, with directions to conduct fresh inquiries and then take a decision as to whether, at the time of grant of the FL III licence, the Licensing Authority had considered the above facts or not and also what is the exact distance between the establishment and the Industrial Training Institution.”

Commissioner of Police, Greater Mumbai, undertakes that the Commissioner of Police shall pursuant to the directions given in clause 7 of the impugned order dated 18th August 2011 give his decision as required by the impugned order on or before 30th January 2012 and shall forward a copy of the same to the Advocate for the Petitioner on or before 31st January 2012. The undertaking is accepted.
