This Notice of Motion is taken out by the Plaintiffs in Suit No. 801 of 2003 which Suit is already disposed in terms of consent terms dated 16th December 2009. By the present Motion, the Plaintiff No. 4 has inter alia prayed that the alleged consent terms dated 16th December 2009 are void and not binding upon the Plaintiff No. 4 and Defendant Nos. 4 to 7.

The Plaintiff No. 4 has also informed the Court that he is not interested in pursuing the above Notice of Motion and that he wants to withdraw the same. He submits that he has no grievance qua the consent terms dated 16th December 2009 which were filed in Suit No. 801 of 2003.
