view of the matter nothing would survive for consideration

in this petition. Counsel for petitioner submits that

court may issue appropriate directions in terms of prayer
clause (d). Needless to observe that once respondent no. 3

has accepted sanctioned staff schedule, follow up steps

required in law will have to be taken by all concerned. In
the circumstances, nothing more is required to be stated
except above.

2. At this stage, counsel for respondent no.4 submits that
since forms of 16 candidates forwarded by the Petitioner
have been received at the eleventh hour there was hardly
anytime for due scrutiny thereof. Respondent no. 4 may
take sometime to verify the said Application. At the same
time it is stated that said students will be allowed to
appear for the examinations commencing from 1.3.2012, but
their results will be released subject to the outcome of

the verification to be done by Respondent no.4. We have no
difficulty in accepting this course of action. That
position is placed on record. Both Civil Applications are
disposed of on above terms.
