The concerned police had brought the boy Ankur Patel and the girl Neha. They were produced before this Court. The parents of the girl also were present. They identified each other. The brother and the maternal aunt of the boy were present, They identified each other. In the open Court we had interaction with the boy and the girl and their relatives. Both, the boy and the girl, claimed that, they got married after the girl became major on 4^th March 2012. A certificate of

registration of marriage issued by the authorities of Government of Gujarat is also shown to us. We allowed the girl to have brief discussion with the parents separately in the Court.

The concerned police shall obtain Cell numbers of the boy and the girl, if they are having cell phones; the residential address and the place where they proposed to stay. The relatives of both the sides be cautioned to maintain peace.

The parents of the girl expressed serious apprehension about the safety of the girl. Therefore, the concerned police shall be vigilant.

With these observations the writ petition stands disposed of. It is clarified that the investigation in the complaint filed by the father of the girl would continue on its own merits. This Court has not expressed any opinion in respect of the said complaint and its investigation. Authenticated copy of the order be given to the Additional Public Prosecutor.
