This Application is submitted in the Court for withdrawal of Criminal Revision Application No.43/2012. The dispute between the parties has been decided to be referred to an Arbitrator. The applicants have, therefore, decided to withdraw the present Revision Application so that the arbitration proceedings can take place in a smooth and congenial atmosphere.
Mr. J.B. Jaiswal,leanred APP has submitted that this Court may pass an appropriate order in view of development which have taken place after filing of the Application.

decided to be referred to an Arbitrator, it is just and proper that this Revision is allowed to be withdrawn Cri. Revision No.43/2012 is allowed to be withdrawn. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated. The present Application accordingly stands disposed of.
