At the outset, Shri Lotlikar, learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks leave to delete the respondent nos. 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15 and 16 in First Appeal No. 192 of 2009. Leave granted. The respondent nos. 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15 and 16 in First Appeal No. 192 of 2009 stand deleted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

After hearing the matter for some time on earlier occasion, the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties sought time to explore the possibility of settling the disputes between them amicably. Hence, after taking some opportunities, the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties along with the parties to the above appeals who are present in Court pointed out that they have amicably settled the disputes in the above appeals and have executed the consent terms duly signed by all the parties. The consent terms along with the copy of Deed of Settlement- Cum -Allotment dated 17.09.2012 and the

power of attorney are taken on record and marked 'X' Colly for identification. The parties and their respective counsels have admitted the contents of the consent terms and pointed out that they have voluntarily settled all the disputes between them in terms of the consent terms. The learned Counsels thereafter pointed out that the above appeals be disposed of in terms of the consent terms.

Considering the above contentions of the learned

counsel, we find no reason to refuse to accept the said consent terms and dispose of the above appeals accordingly.

In view of the above, we pass the following :

O R D E R

(i) Both the above appeals stand disposed of in terms of the consent terms marked 'X' Colly for identification.

(ii) All interim reliefs stand vacated.
