Having regard to the fact that respondent No.3 is proposing to give Gala Nos.G-2 to G-7 to which the intervenors claim entitlement, we are of the view that the Chamber Summonses for intervention should be allowed.

Chamber Summonses are accordingly allowed and stand disposed of as such.

Parties agree that the dispute between them may be settled by mediation. Parties also agree that the Mediator shall be Mr. Kumbhakoni, Advocate, who is present in the Court.

The learned Mediator is requested to submit a report within four weeks from the date parties appear before him. Parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 15^th October 2012. In particular, M.I.D.C. shall also participate the mediation.
