By this application the applicant seeks to amend cause title of the memo of Letters Patent appeal.
We have heard Mr. Ghare, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. R.L. Khapre, learned counsel for respondent No.1 and Mr. Sonare, learned Assistant Government Pleader on behalf of respondent No.4.
For the reasons stated in the application the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to amend the cause title.
The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
