Considering the fact that the matter now relates to payment of retiral dues to the petitioner, it is required to be heard immediately. The Division Bench of this Court had also passed order for placing this matter for final hearing in the week commencing from 30/11/2009, but the matter is not heard finally. In view of the same, the petition is directed to be listed for final hearing in the week commencing from 6/2/2012. The civil application is disposed of accordingly.
