- This is an application seeking cancellation of bail, in a very peculiar circumstance. Respondent No.2 had filed Criminal Application No.4458 of 2010 for bail before this Court. Application was disposed of by order dated 22nd November, 2010 and respondent No.2 was directed to surrender before the Court and seek regular bail since chargesheet has been filed. The Court concerned was the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thane. Instead of approaching the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thane, the respondent No.2 just approached the Court of Sessions at Thane. The Sessions Court granted bail for a period of 8 days i.e. till the disposal of bail application by the trial Court
