document whereby Pukhraj Vyas had purchased this property in 1991 or 1994. The investigating officer too cannot show any document to show that Yogesh's father purchased the property. Though the matter was heard quite for some time today and earlier on many dates, no document to show that Pukharaj ever purchased the property from Bhaikalkar is so far placed on record nor are such documents in possession of prosecution. Pukhraj is shown to have assigned his right by registered surrender deed, surrendering his rights in the property on 18th May, 2004 for a sum of `.10,00,000/- in favour of the present applicants. The authenticity of this document is also in dispute. It appears that a copy of property card was obtained by the applicants which initially did not show the names of the applicants and then another copy which was issued shows names of the applicants. It is this the property card which is alleged to have been obtained by the applicants which according to Investigating Officer as well as learned counsel for the first informant require the applicants in custody for the purpose of investigation.
