Singh had been stabbed in the chest. Operative Notes in respect of Sunny Singh had been produced for my perusal by the learned APP which show a major blood vessel in thorax was cut. Thus, considering the nature of assault in which applicants have participated, though their act may not be premeditated and may have occurred in a sudden quarrel, as also the fact that the applicants are in jail for about 7 to 8 months, they are not entitled to bail. Application is rejected.
