applicant has spent enough time in the jail.
Looking to the nature of offence and the alleged
abetment of the offence on the part of the
applicant, I make the the following order.
ORDER
The applicant be released on bail in
relation to Crime No. 36/12 registered at police
station Akot for the offence punishable under

Sections 409, 120(B) r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code
on his executing P.R. Bond in the sum of
Rs.20,000/- with one solvent surety in like
amount. The applicant shall not tamper with the
prosecution evidence. He shall not influence the
prosecution witnesses and shall co-operate with
the investigating officer. He shall attend the
police station as and when called.
