chargesheet has been filed and as the applicants are in jail since last 10 months, the applicants being in custody pending trial may not be necessary. The applicants arrested in connection with C.R. No.130 of 2011 registered with Jaykheda Police Station, Taluka: Satana, District: Nashik, be released on bail on their furnishing P. R. bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- by each of them with one or more solvent sureties in the sum aggregating to Rs.50,000/- by each of them on the condition that they shall attend the concerned police station every Sunday for the next two months and thereafter on the first Sunday of every month till the trial is over. Application is disposed of accordingly.
