of 2011, registered at Bhokar police station, Taluka
Bhokar, District Nanded, for offence punishable under
Sections 302, 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

5. The postmortem notes indicate a grave

circumstance, namely there are 23 injuries on the
person of the deceased. All consists of a description
of �rail track contusion�. Though opinion of death is
reserved, it seems to be a case of inhumanly beating.
The case of poisoning may be termed to be suspicious,
considering the injuries all over body. The manner and
extent in which the deceased has suffered the beating,
it seems to be the cause of death.

6. Therefore, the applicants have no case for grant of anticipatory bail.
